Brian L. Morgan

Brian is the Executive-in-Residence and Faculty member for the Sanders College of Business and Technology at the University of North Alabama (UNA), located in Florence, Alabama, USA.
As Executive-in-Residence, Brian assists with the daily operations of the college with the Dean. As faculty, he teaches sales and sales management. He is retired with 32 years from United Parcel Service (UPS), Atlanta, GA.
While at UPS, Brian worked in various roles throughout the years in management of union and professional units. Most of Brian’s time at UPS was in global sales training and sales management. He had the privilege of writing the blueprint and leading a team to build the UPS Sales Academy. He also had responsibility for the curriculum for the sales organization. He retired from UPS in February 2021 as Director of Sales and began work at UNA in May 2021.

Brian is on the board of trustees for Barber-Scotia College (historically black college) in Concord, North Carolina, USA. He and his family support Samaritan’s Purse. Brian is a member of the fraternity Phi Gamma Delta and the Florence Rotary Club.
He and his wife Stacy have two daughters, Abigail, and Anna. They reside in the Florence, Alabama, area. Personal interest includes fishing, golf, philosophical discussions, and writing.
