About the Author

Rachel Nix is a writer and editor from North Alabama. Her poems have appeared in numerous outlets and have earned her multiple nominations from Best New Poets and Best of the Net. She’s held editorial positions at cahoodaloodaling, Hobo Camp Review, and Pankhearst, where she edited “America is Not the World” – an international anthology of poetry and fiction. She currently serves as an editor for Screen Door Review – an online journal promoting literary voices of the Queer South. When not with her nephew and dogs, Rachel is most likely hearing live bands or plotting a roadtrip.
